Each of our products is a unique creation crafted specifically for your order. Please make your selections carefully, as returns or exchanges are not supported for cases of incorrect sizing, color, or personal preference. Our Print Providers operate on a made-to-order basis and do not maintain excess inventory.
Once an order is placed and sent for production, any further changes or cancellations are not possible. We kindly advise reviewing your order details thoroughly before finalizing your purchase to ensure accuracy. Should any discrepancies occur due to incorrect shipment details, sizing, or color choices, Colourmechoco cannot accept responsibility and will not offer refunds or replacements. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information during the ordering process.
In instances where issues arise due to manufacturing errors or printing defects, we are happy to offer a replacement order at no additional cost. There is no need to return the original order if a replacement is arranged. In the rare event that complications persist with a replacement order, we can provide a refund to your Colourmechoco store credit. This credit can be utilized to cover production and shipping expenses for future orders, or it can be withdrawn to your original payment method as needed.
For prompt resolution of any order-related concerns, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Merchant Support Team. Please provide all relevant details and photographic evidence through our Order Issue Submission Form. We are committed to rectifying situations and delivering suitable solutions based on eligibility criteria for replacements or refunds.
Please allow 2–7 business days for product creation and order fulfillment. Shipping durations average around 4 business days, varying according to the delivery destination.

Our products are crafted and fulfilled based on your order, ensuring a personalized touch. To expedite the process, we direct your orders to our fulfillment centers, optimizing for speed and efficiency.
For any issues regarding misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please notify us within 4 weeks of receiving the product. In cases of packages lost during transit, claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Any errors on our part will be promptly rectified at our expense.
The default return address is set to the Printful facility. If a shipment is returned and remains unclaimed, an automated email will be sent, and unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 4 weeks. If an alternative return address is used, you will assume responsibility for any returned shipments received.
Address Accuracy:
Should the courier deem an address insufficient, resulting in the return of the shipment to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we've confirmed an updated address with you, if applicable.
Unclaimed Shipments:
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility, and the cost of reshipment will be borne by you.
Please note, returns for sealed goods, such as face masks, are not accepted due to health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders containing face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be appropriately disposed of.
Prior to initiating a return, kindly get in touch with us. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Your understanding is appreciated.
