Crowns that embody the Orisa

This is a series of collective works from my undergraduate career. The Orisa are African Gods and Goddesses from the Yoruba and Santeria religions. Each of the seven African Powers, yield their own unique strengths and personality traits that are passed down to their human children. During the initiation process, the Orisa chose and sometimes battle over who will be the parent of that child. Once the decision is made, the child is then crowned under that orisa, and lead the lives of one of their many paths.
